Jewellery 

Our pieces come with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials only. We will offer a replacement once the item has been proven faulty. Please email us at info@cvlcha.com.

Jewellery returned for assessment alleging a fault must be delivered to us at your expense and risk.  We do not accept any responsibility for faults in connection with;

*Cosmetic damage- including scratches and dents

*Damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact or other external use

*Damage caused by maintenance

*Damage that occurs in transit after leaving our premises.

*Warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.

Handbags 

Your piece is warranted for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or gradual degradation due to wear or mishap outside of our care instructions.
