Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds
We do not offer refunds but will gladly offer a credit note in the form of a gift card or a credit code will be applied to your account within 14 days of your receiving your purchase.

Change of Mind
CVLCHA will accept exchanges for change of mind within 10 days of the order being placed. All jewellery and handbags must be returned unworn, in its original condition and in the original CVLCHA packaging. Return postage for change of mind will be payable by the customer. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept change of mine with earrings.

Faulty
All faulty returns will be judged case by case. If your jewellery or handbags is faulty or damaged upon receiving the order, we must be notified within 10 days from when the order was placed. Please provide a full description of the fault or damage along with images to customercare@cvlcha.com.  Upon receiving your email our team will inspect the jewellery to confirm if it is faulty or damaged and will contact you in due course.


Sales and Promotions 
Items purchased during sales or clearances are final sale and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. This also includes all sales using promotional/ discount codes. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.


Hygiene 
Due to Hygiene regulations we are not able to accept returns on earrings. 


Exchanges
We will happily exchange your item, only, if it has not been worn or damaged. All exchanges must be returned unworn, in its original condition and in the original CVLCHA packaging with Invoice details. Return postage for change of mind will be payable by the customer.


Payment
All Items returned is at the customers expense (unless a faulty return is approved). We reserve the right to assess the condition of your return prior to offering you a credit note. We take no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. We recommend you return your items via registered post. Email us with the tracking details so we can track your return.

International Returns

For all international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely. All jewellery and handbags must be returned unworn, in its original condition and in the original CVLCHA packaging. Please email customercare@cvlcha.com with your order number and a description of your return. We will email you our returns order form which is required to be completed and placed with your parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
